I am very thankful for how this company ended up handling my order. They had some initial issues with their supplier, and they diligently dealt with them and included some bonus fabric due to me waiting on their supplier, in the end the customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond what was reasonable to make sure i was happy with my order. I highly recommend JT's Outdoor Fabrics, they told me they are under new ownership as of a few weeks ago, so I'm sure with this new, seemingly highly motivated team (spoke to 2 of their staff so far) they are going to become a big booming fabric supplier if they keep up the good work. I bought some of the black flat-knit headliner foam backed fabric, and it is very high quality and I am happy with it. I will be a returning customer and am very thankful for their assistance getting this great fabric. This is exactly what i wanted and will be perfect. Non-sponsored, no affiliation with company, just happy with how this purchase ended up. They've a good selection of fabrics on their website, so next time I need some stuff', going to see what they have since my first order ended up good. ? I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my online purchases. I emailed customer service to see if it could be changed, and they responded very quickly. They patiently waited for me to measure and confirm the correct size. Cheryl was incredibly responsive and friendly. Great service!

Very pleased with my shopping experience. I ordered my products on a holiday Monday, and received it on Thursday. By far the best prices I was able to find online for the specific fabric that I was looking for. The shipping was a reasonable $21 for an irregular/oversized package going out of province. I much prefer to pay for shipping rather than have the shipping charges hidden in the price.

For those who are on the fence about this company, I had a great experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I am so happy with my order that I thought I would make an exception. Note: this is unsponsored, I spent about $119 total including shipping.

My order arrived accurately (even including my request for a sample) and promptly (arrived in London, ON only 3 days after ordering with expedited services from Canada Post which cost $17). For the reviewer who mentioned that it was $200+ for shipping, I'm not sure why that would happen. My options ranged from $10 [ground] to $28 [Canpar express] in CAD, and I'm located in London, Ontario. Perhaps if you are farther away, it will be more expensive- but this wasn't the case for me.

The products look and feel like great quality, and am excited to work the materials in my next project. I was weary with ordering materials online especially since I was spending a good amount of money. The Norton shopping guarantee, other reviews, a quick look-up on the BBB, plus being able to track the parcel really helped me feel better about placing the order.

I look forward to ordering from this company in the future.
