I'm Ontario based but dealt with Joto in BC. Ivy was great, she followed-up and stayed in touch throughout the process of me looking to buy a printer. She was so helpful and accomodating. I didn't even know about Joto until Google search turned up their name and this store did not disapoint. It's nice to have a place to buy printers and blanks without paying an arm and a leg and a great customer service to boot. I felt valued as a customer.
It won't be the last time i'm buying from Joto.

I am very happy with all my support from Joto staff. For example, I had an issue with a piece of heating element that seemed unable to press an image on certain water bottles. After an email, I received a quick response (From Ray), asking for a photo of the problem. After sending a photo, almost immediately, I was sent two photos of a piece of equipment that might solve the problem. I was asked to make reference to it in my next order and they would forward with no cost. It is outstanding to have a support staff and quick turn around time. Thank you.

used my craft express once and now the display does not turn on. Rae has imformed me that there is no warrenty on a demo model. fair enough but do you think it is fair that I only got ONE project done with it. this is very unfair.

I have had very good experience with Joto. Jason was great and worked out a really great package deal for me recently for a printer and mug press. Gabriel was terrific and sorted out my printer hook up issues with IP address. He was thorough and took his time patiently and knew exactly what needed to be done remotely. Thanks Joto

We’ve been dealing with Joto for over 5 years now. It started with just getting blanks to purchasing all new equipment for our small press business. The customer service is ALWAYS top-notch, but my most recent purchase really stands out! I have been waiting for their sublicotton paper to arrive and was VERY concerned it wouldn’t be here in time for a couple of my orders that had a shipping deadline. Sage was AMAZING and managed to scare up a few sheets to include with my order so I was able to get my customer her products. They’re always amazing, but this small kindness made a little girl EXTREMELY HAPPY!

Wow - where do I begin. Ii sent in a email request for some help with my Sawgrass Printer I had purchased a few months ago. My colours were just not printing correctly. Well to my amazement I received a call from Jason from JOTO Imaging trying to help but soon discovered it was a tech problem - and transferred me to Gabriel who did an amazing job advising what he thought was the problem - then followed up detailed instruction to try to get me back one track. He said if it doesn't work - give a call and we will figure it out!!! Well Gabriel instructions were simple and worked and my printer colours were back on track!!! Great job - Great Service - Great communication

I purchased a Graphtec CE Lite-50 many years ago and although I had to troubleshoot a few minor issues over the years, the cutter itself was efficient and worth what I paid.
When you buy a piece of electronic equipment, you hope that you will get good technical service if ever needed. We run a busy screenprinting shop in Mission BC that also provides vinyl services so if a machine goes down, we get delayed and that's not a good thing.
I was having issues with my cutter after an update with firmware and the software itself (Pro Studio / Manager). After calling Joto and getting directed to technical support, Gabriel was helpful and assured me that we would get to the bottom of the issue. I also really appreciated his calm voice and good direction to solve the issues with the software that wasn't talking to the cutter properly. After getting on Team Viewer, he found the issues within minutes. As a side note, Team Viewer is incredibly helpful for a situation like this where a technician can navigate swiftly and get the job done 10x faster than I ever could...and I consider myself pretty tech savvy.
My cutter works again and my jobs can move forward again, and for that, I am thankful.
