I’m currently on a tour across the country and I punctured my tire early this morning. With little experience with repairs, I felt quite flustered and frustrated, especially considering my tires were tubeless (or at least I thought they were). Turns out, mine aren’t, they’re just tubeless ready. With this said, when I first arrived at the shop, Mike was quite busy, so I came back later in the day and when he was available to help, he exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly helpful and was even willing to teach me about my bike setup, including when I should aim to get it checked up again. As a beginner to repairs, it can feel daunting walking into a bike shop and asking for help, but Mike helped that feeling subside. He repaired my bike thoroughly and quickly, I can’t appreciate him enough. Thank you!

We rented two fat bikes from Mike. The bikes were very well maintained and rode well. The shifters were particularly well tuned, especially given the winter conditions. Mike was super helpful in providing a map and directions to the trails.

Brought my Ebike in specifically for a new chain. When Mike finally called me back to pick it up, 2 WEEKS after I dropped it off
(I ride every day so without it meant I was now walking from one end of town to the other)
He charged $50, and gave me a bag with broken chain now off, derailer now off, and a brake line now off… he apologized and said it’s basically useless with all the things wrong with it. Junk it and buy a new one.

It’s only 1 year old.

I thought on it for a while. I browsed other cheap bikes online… finally I took it to a different shop in Moncton for a 2nd opinion.
Within 24 hours of dropping it off they called and said it’s fixed you can pick it up…
All it needed was the chain replaced and the back gear cog (forgive me, I forgot the fancy name I’m just a girly that likes to ride her ebike lol) and the new bike shop fixed the brake line that this gentleman messed with without me asking.

I have ridden my fixed bike for a few days and all is working like a charm,
No Thanks to this bike shop here.

I had my commuter bike tuned up at this shop. Also had mudguards and rear racks added to easen up my commutes in hot and rainy weather. I'm glad I chose this shop for upgrades on my bike. Parts are reasonably priced. Mike is very helpful with answering my questions about my bike. Shop recommended!

I'm about 7 weeks into a 6 month bike tour. I've been having trouble with a sticking brifter. Mike Lawrence was so kind as to help me out on the spot even though he had a backlog of bike repairs as well as retail customers in the store. He took the time to explain things to me and give me some useful tips.
