Excellent

Honestly, I don’t often leave reviews I’ve owned my business for over eight years. Now I have had to steel companies go under that I have used in the past and one that I stopped using because of professionalism. Jfc Steel fabricators are an excellent company to work with. We just finished using them to complete a constantly changing annoying government job where they had to roll with the punches and come up with solutions for changes on the fly. which they did effortlessly even when I asked for certifications and documents, they were promptly made available nothing but good things to say, and nothing but more positive work in the future. Will continue to use this company for all steel needs. Thank you, Jim.

So unprofessional. Residential metal stairs project is too small for JFC Steel Ltd but receptionist Tracy is very nice and responsive. Project manager doesn’t show up on site as scheduled and confirmed by email. Quote received quick though incomplete but project management staff don’t respond well to phone calls or emails.
