Mike and his team at Northstar GM were extremely helpful in getting our camper van back on the road after we had a radiator hose come loose. On an extremely busy day for them they quickly found the space to fit us in and make the repairs including a radiator flush.

Had an 1pm Appointment to have tires changed over and valve stems replaced. My truck was not services until after 2:30, we did not receive a phone call to let us know, technician mentioned it when we returned, we were told an hour at drop off. As we live out of town, a bit of a heads up would have been appreciated. Not a lot to do in Cranbrook while we wait. Service has always been top notch, hoping this was a one off.

I’m a very unsatisfied customer after dealing with the service department at this truck dealership. From the moment I arrived, there was no pleasant greeting or professional attitude—just cold, dismissive behavior from the front desk staff. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Worse, I was overcharged for extra service time that was never properly communicated or coordinated with me. No one took the time to explain the added costs or get my approval in advance. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to servicing a work vehicle that I rely on daily.

I expected honesty, communication, and at least a basic level of courtesy. Unfortunately, none of that was delivered. I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll ever bring my truck back here again and cannot recommend their service to others.
