The Italpasta is a Canadian Brand that is made with 100% Canadian wheat. I love the range of pastas that they offer giving me so many options- depending on the mood I am in and what I want to make I can pick and choose from the many pasta options. The pasta taste great and my whole family loves it. When cooked according to the instructions the pasta comes out perfectly as al dente. Price is good for the weigh/size it comes in esp when it goes on sale.

the pasta was a good size and cooked well. the box had a good amount of pasta inside and it had a nice good soft texture. the pasta cooked well and quickly and was easy to boil. the texture of the pasta was not too firm and not too soggy. the package had a good amount of pasta inside and it was good for a meal for the family for about 3 to 4 people.

My first time trying this brand of pasta "italpasta". I got penne rigate, I boiled it in salted water for 7 minutes, I drained it and added my favourite Alfredo sauce, it was perfect and al dente . I will be buying this pasta again.

I really enjoyed trying Italpasta Artisan pasta. The pasta was really easy to cook and serve. What I really enjoyed the most was the rough texture of the pasta. The pasta had a nice chewiness to it and it cooked up very well within the sauce that I had prepared with it. Also, the gemelli variety is particularly great at holding sauce. I like that the pasta has some extra ingredients for health. And that there is a good amount of protein per cup. Overall, very satisfied and happy with the flavour and texture and would love to try the other shapes and sizes of this pasta.

I have tried the standard Italpasta before and really liked it so I was excited to try the Artisan version. When I opened the package and took out the pasta I noticed that it had a rougher texture. The pasta cooked in a standard amount of time. It was delicious! I liked the texture and found that it really absorbed the flavours from the sauce. I would definitely buy it again!
