I want to take the time to say how great instant imprints are, and the staff that work there. I had an immediate family member pass away and before they passed they wanted specific decals to be placed on the casket. Instant Imprints not only was able to do it, but they also had it done within 24 hours and even made me an extra set free of charge in case I made a mistake placing the first set on. They were understanding, compassionate, great people and they always do outstanding work. They even took the time to show me how to place them before I left to avoid creases and not mark the wood of the casket. Above and beyond my expectations. I have had things done by them before as well and it was always done to the highest standard. If you need anything done, certainly this is the place to go to and support. Thanks

Visited the store today to get my jacket embroidered with my name etc. and after many failed attempts of trying to find someone in the Fredericton area to do this for me, I was recommended to visit instant imprints and I’m sooo glad I made the half hour journey there from home, as I was greeted upon entry with a welcoming smile, and such helpful, kind, caring and friendly staff. The lady who greeted me said she was in training but she was sooo enthusiastic about making sure I got what I wanted, and even consulted help from another employee to review what we had designed and he helped further with placement of the embroidery and placement of a logo. I am so excited to see my jacket when it’s ready, and was pleasantly surprised with the time frame they gave me considering it was not a small embroidery. Will definitely be returning with any embroidery needs in the future, and I will be spreading the word to my friends and family about my amazing experience 😊

I have had my custom shirt designs done by these guys. Both Jeremy and Noel are top notch! They've been amazing to deal with, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
