Oh man, if I could give beyond 5/5 stars, I would. Finding the right footwear is so important in field work, and Damaris is just an amazing person that made the whole shopping experience less stressful and even enjoyable. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to consider your needs and comfort. I recently purchased a pair of Keen Cincinnati work boots here and they are wonderful! The employee that helped me out was Jewels. The employee was quick to approach me when I walked into the store, kindly asking if I needed help with anything. His willingness to grab multiple pairs of boots, unbox them and set the shoe up for me to try on, showed his great customer service skills. He was knowledgeable about the various boot selection and helped me make a decision on a pair. He also helped my girlfriend with purchasing a nice Helly Hansen rain coat at a great price. This workwear shop has great staff and good pricing, beating marks and other big company price tags. Hidden gem in Coquitlam. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Went to this store at the weekend for the first time. We randomly found this store through a google search as we were looking for Royer boots, which are hard to find. We were provided with excellent customer service. After we walked into the store we had multiple employees asking if we needed help finding anything. My partner was able to buy multiple items. We were never able to find so much gear for him when we shopped at any of the other bigger stores. The selection at this store is great and the prices are good. They didn't have my partners boot size in stock but their Mission location had the boots so they transferred them overnight to the store and we could pick them up the next day. Excellent service! We will shop here from now on!

Buy your boots form Mark's and be done with it. They seem to have no proper boot exchange or warranty plan and regardless if the dont nothing was mentioned to me at the time of purchase.

I bought a new pair of Dunlop Explorer boots (Jan29,2021 currently Feb4,2021) that ended up tearing on both the left and right boot after only one day of use. My first pair lasted a year before being compromised. When i brought the boots back to the store I was blown away by being told "you must have got caught up in some sharp object like rebar". They called it a "wear and tear" issue. I work as a pipefitter digging ditches in dirt and water and the sharpest thing around is my shovel. A $300 boot should be covered in this amount of time regardless of the supposed cause.

I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
