I was concerned with an ingredient in the dog biscuit dough. It said there was garlic powder, which is toxic for dogs. They very quickly explained that the product does not contain garlic powder and the label was old. They have been awesome and are providing me with a replacement and more! Super grateful for excellent service!

The cookies, coffee and tea were top notch quality!
The online ordering did not have a place to put the sellers name and it was a huge issue when we received the orders and spreadsheet.

We looked forward to enjoying these cookies but have to agree that the blackstrap molasses was an overriding and not entirely pleasant flavour that was slightly off-putting. This occurred in both the chocolate chunk and the white chocolate macadamia nut varieties. The oatmeal coconut chocolate chunk cookies were much better (without the molasses). Still a worthy fundraiser and we would not want a refund as we are happy to donate the money to the fundraising organization.

While I'm sure this is a great company overall, my family members and I all detested the taste of their "chocolate chunk" cookies that we purchased through a fundraiser a few weeks back. It comes down to the fact that they use blackstrap molasses in the dough, which gives it a strong, unpleasant bitter flavour. None of us wanted to eat more than one because of the aftertaste, which is saying something for chocolate chunk cookies. I thought chocolate chunk was a safe bet, but now I'm stuck with a tub and a half of cookie dough that I want to either give away or throw out.
