Kelsey Booth, at IRS in Castlegar, has been helping my husband for years with his breathing problems. She is knowledgeable, kind & always returns our calls promptly. When we had trouble with Green Shield, our insurance provider, Kelsey went above & beyond to make sure that my husband received the kind of device required, despite the barriers thrown up by Green Shield. At IRS we know we will receive sound advice & be treated well by the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They do provide a necessary service but are way overpriced. I paid $299.00 for a brevida pillow mask when I had found the exact same one on Amazon for $95.00 and that included an extra filter and pillow mask

Stay away from this place. They are expensive and the customer service after you purchase the equipment is terrible. I have asked twice for a call-back but received nothing.

Great Service.
I ended up out of town without the power supply to my CPAP machine. Even though I hadn't purchased the machine from them, they were incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a replacement on short notice. I was able to simply stop by on my way through to my destination. Only a couple minutes out of my way and not charging me an arm and a leg for the part.
