I ordered a Grit hockey bag way back in September of 2016. I chose the express shipping to get the bag to my house between the 18th and the 22nd of SEPTEMBER. It never made it.

I emailed got no response.

I filed a complaint through PayPal. It was the only way to get the seller to respond to me. They agreed to refund my express shipping and mail the bag out.

Bag finally makes it here. In OCTOBER. It is also missing a shoulder strap. I email yet again. Again I am ignored. I email every contact email they list until I get a response.

I'm told it will be taken care of and I'll be "updated" when the strap is shipped. That was DECEMBER 2016. No strap, no update, not one apology.

This company doesn't care about its customers. They got the same amount of money for shipping me a partial order, so why should they bother making it right?

TL;DR: Five months and I still don't have what I ordered. Not one apology. Worst customer service I've ever received.

Had a few jerseys done by these guys. Names and numbers. In hindsight, the attention to detail is not there at all. The fonts are not accurate and adhesives are not worth the 100+ dollars you'll pay for them..if I paid 50 bucks for the work I'd be content but the rates are out to lunch for the lack of quality. Just buy direct from the NHL or Adidas.

WARNING !!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS !!!! Ordered jackets for school through IN THE BOX my jacket came in to small so first they said i ordered the wrong jacket which i never i even tried it on in front of the head instructor he tried for 3 months to get my jacket correct which never happened so yesterday i called in to see what was happening with the situation and they brushed me off so i voiced my opinion about it all and came to school today to find IN THE BOX had called and wanted to stop all ties with the school over a 100 dollar jacket( they dealt with them for 10 years) ( wanted me kicked out ) THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!
