I was in around 9am on Saturday March 15th, and it was quite, and I’m doing my shopping and I come across Jordan ( I think that was his name) and I had a wonderful conversation with him while he was stocking over by the veggies, and I got to the till and was with Margaret, checking my groceries, and I had a nice bag of grapes and she went in and picked out the couple bad ones that were in the bag, now that was just amazing. What a group of staff you have there. So caring and happy. It really made my morning better. So thank you.

The plant market in the parking lot is awesome in the spring!
The bread from the bakery at IGA is so good, also the frozen pizza dough.

I shop here a lot because it is a small store and doesn’t take forever when I just want a few items. The staff are always quite friendly and helpful. I tend to shop the meats that are on sale. Plus they are one of the few stores that carry the 38% cream. I also like that they carry a lot of local specialty items. Check it out!

The staff and management at this location are fabulous. Everytime I go into the produce section and a staff member is there, they always say good morning to me. The youth working there are very polite. Whenever I cannot find an item they always know exactly where I can find it and even frequently take the time to lead the way to it. It is always easy to find a staff member.

I have shopped at the Penticton IGA since I was a child. Over 40 years. They've always had tremendous customer service and superb prices.
Colin has been manager for too many years to count. The fact that tractors bring bins of fresh apples and other fruit directly from their orchards to the storeis so insanely out of step with other supermarket experiences is just an example of how much they care about local produce and their customers.
