Les employés sont absolument incroyables, à la fois utiles, informations et très empathiques dans le traitement des patients atteints de cancer. Ils vont au-delà, travaillant avec le médecin, pour s'assurer que les médicaments sont couverts par les programmes gouvernementaux lorsqu'un individu est trop malade pour travailler pendant la chimiothérapie et les autres traitements pour le cancer. Ils s'assurent également que les prescriptions sont remplies et prêtes, afin que les individus malades n'ont pas à attendre ou à se tenir debout pendant de longues périodes. Je suis éternellement reconnaissant pour leur nature affectueuse et leurs personnalités qui brillent chaque fois que je vais leur pharmacie IDA.

The staff are absolutely incredible, helpful, informative and very empathetic in dealing with cancer patients. They go above and beyond, working with your doctor, to ensure meds are covered by government programs when a person is too sick to work while taking chemotherapy and other cancer treatments. They also ensure scripts are filled and ready so sick individuals don’t have to wait or stand for long periods. I am forever grateful for their caring nature and personalities that brighten my day every time I go to their IDA.

Very helpful, professional, and supportive staff and owner. Yes, they are extremely busy with prescriptions and on the pharmacy side, but Sarah the owner and pharmacist still takes the time to meet with you and discuss your options and med. Also a huge part of community!!

The staff are ridiculously inept, they only partly fill every other prescription. They charge full prices though, so you should be careful that you at least get what you paid for. Mattawa has only one pharmacy so, the monopoly makes the staff feel like their jobs are secure no matter how unprofessional they are. Go elsewhere if you can!

I have been to this pharmacy a number of times. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Any questions I have are taken seriously and I'm given answers I can understand (no medical talk)

Visited on August 15th to see if the pharmacist could prescribe something for my UTI. Sarah the pharmacist was able to help me out. Made my camping trip so much more enjoyable. With the consultation and the filling of my prescription I think I was there for maybe 30 minutes. Great little store. Beautiful town. Will go back when I am in the area again.
