Avoid. I used them for two years. Both times it was a wild and disorganized ride. The accountant never responded to emails and both times (though I'd prepared all the info from my end way in advance of tax time) completely forgot about me until the last minute. True, he gave me a discount on his fees as an apology, but a hundred bucks off doesn't make up for the fact that he neglected to include one of my T4s on my most recent return, resulting in a surprise re-assessment that found I owed thousands more than the refund he said I was entitled to (plus penalties). To be fair, he ultimately apologized and offered me a free return the following year, but at that point I didn't trust that a free return wasn't going to cost me a ton of money down the road. Absolute circus.

Filing a tax return is expensive, but the service providers are helpful and experienced.

Terrible experience, I left my documents on Monday, they told me they would call me within the week to sign. However, no one called me, I went to the office again and they told me I was still in line. I asked them how many more days I should wait, they told me that they didn't know because they had many requests, to which I asked again "then why did they tell me that within the Week" they didn't give me any other option either, I asked for my documents back and they delayed for about 20 minutes to find them...finally someone who seemed to be a boss came out and offered me apologies but no solution. a horrible experience

The owner, Carol, is amazing. The best tax-preparer I have ever met! Her team is exceptional, and they truly care about the clients that come to them. I wouldn't consider filing my taxes with any other tax firm in town.

I've use H&R since I started paying taxes. Recently, I've been dealing with this office regarding an overcharge. The staff at the front desk are fine, but the management team would benefit from taking a course in customer service. I won't be using their services again.

Beth is amazing ... thorough, precise and extremely organized. What more would you want in a tax preparer. H&R has systems in place to ensure each return is double checked. Highly recommend this office.

I was really dissatisfied and won't refer anyone after paying almost twice as much for my taxes and receiving no explanation about the charge from the accountant, who also didn't return my call.
