I purchased this hot rock oven first the conveyor belt on the top is stuck now second on the bottom the damper is stuck. I have called maintenance directly with hot rocks on numerous occasions. Can’t find a technician to work on him. I’ll be shut down all weekend worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Do not buy these ovens stick with the Lincoln Oven. Use them for 45 years before this never a problem. You have to press nine for English. They’re only open Monday through Friday. I’m sorry Monday through Thursday during the day. The Oven is from Canada do not purchase this oven. They are three times the cost and 10 times the headache

We purchased a set of HotRocks ovens in October of 2022 & it has been nothing but a disaster! The only thing worst than the actual ovens is the service that we have received. I highly recommend avoiding this company & ovens at all cost!

I have been a restaurant repair technician in the Colorado Market for over 25 years and have had the opportunity to install and work on these ovens as they have entered into our market. The staff at Hot Rocks is a pleasure to work with from the technician side. These ovens are the best designed and constructed deck/conveyor style pizza ovens on the market by a wide gap at the moment. It is true that they require a higher degree of maintenance than typical deck ovens, however the amount of pizza that they are able to cook far surpasses deck ovens and the cost offset is easily found. I have seen several restaurant groups increase sales tremendously with these ovens.

These ovens ROCK! High volume throughput, requires less skilled labor to operate, and produces a consistent stone-bake pie after pie!

I've been using my oven for 9 months now. It has been a game changer for my business. Not only does it produce a deliciously crispy pizza crust that my customers appreciate, but it has also reduced the need for a person standing at the oven. Hence, I save thousands high California labor costs compared to my old deck oven. I've also found the service to be responsive the couple of times I had issues or questions.

Excellent and versatile ovens. Anything with moving parts requires maintenance, that is expected. Customer service has been incredibly helpful and solved a problem, that I thought would stop our production for days, in less than an hour. Awesome company!

We have been loving our Hot Rocks Pizza Ovens at Humdingers in Paramus, NJ! Pizza comes out with that irresistible CRUNCH! Our players really enjoy the variety of pizzas we make using the ovens.
