Where do I start, I placed an order with one of my suppliers for an HLA high tip bucket. Which was then ordered through their sales representative back in January of 2022 with an expected delivery of early spring. When early spring came, a follow up with Horst welding and we were told the order was never placed and that a new order will need to be done. This was apparently what the sales representative said and the new arrival date would be end of September 2022. As of today October 25 2022 still no bucket. I followed up with Horst telling me that the order was not placed until July of 2022 and now the delivery will be end of December, but I'm not holding my breath!!! If this is such a good place to work why can't they complete orders in a timely manner, I think a recession will fix these issues! Let's see if Horst Welding wants to make this right!

We now have two of the HLA snow pushers with steel trip style bottom cutting edges. They are extremely well built but share a common problem. The skid shoes will move out of adjustment no matter how tight the anchor adjustment bolts are made due to the force of the unit's weight driving the shoes up when unit is put down. This could be eliminated by re-engineering how the shows are mounted, but as they are supplied with the adjustment slots they will move. Other than that and that is a substantial deficit in the engineering they are very well built.
