I had a great experience while returning a birthday present that didn't work for me. Hailie in Newmarket was very understanding and, without any hassle, processed the return. We all have had problems with after-sales service, but I cannot say enough how pleasant this was. Made me feel bad; what can I say.

The experience continued to be excellent when speaking to Jeff in service at the Lindsay location. Jeff worked with me while coordinating the pick-up and working with my hectic schedule.
All in all, you won't go wrong with Homestead.

Had a stair lift installed steve was great he was polite and courteous made sure we were comfortable with how it worked. Alayana was superb and with us the whole way she is an amazing sales rep her customer service is top notch very caring and understanding I highly recommend them .

Rented a vacation property in the area and brought our senior with us and wouldn't you know that just after arriving we ran into a problem with his oxygen. Though we were not a client of Homestead, they went out of their way to help us and solve our issue, saving us a turnaround trip to the city and saved us from losing one of the few weekends that we are able to get away as a family. There is something special when strangers go out of their way to help you out of a stressful situation. It is very appreciated. Thank you Andrea, you are a lifesaver and a great human being .

I have had a c pap machine for many years now, when I was dealing with Ralph he was exceptional and very professional. When it was time to replace my mask he would throw in a container of wipes for cleaning. Since Ralph has retired the service has dropped drastically. The wipes are literally $14 and we are paying over $300 (with tax) every six months and now they cant even throw in any wipes. You should also know you can get your masks online for half the price.

We are very impressed Homestead Oxygen (Newmarket)and with Alayna who came out to our home for a site visit and quote for ramps, a stair lift, and bathroom modifications for my wife's mother. Alayna was very knowledgeable about the products we wanted, and was able to provide the best choices for our needs. Although the quote was slightly more than the competition, we decided to go with Homestead due to the customer service provided by Alayna, your office staff and the installer (sorry, but I forgot his name). The stairliftvwad installed te day after receiving the quote, and the ramps will be here within the week. The bathroom renovations havet been completed as of yet, but that was also at our request as the lift and ramps took priority.
