Thank you for your hospitality overnight while travelling with our RV. It was very handy, great location, and popping into the store to pick up what was needed before getting back on the road was awesome. Could have walked across to that box store the previous night but we wanted to be your customer too.

Tasteful and extensive selection of knick knacks, crockery, soaps, spice mixes, tea towels and home decor. The selection of knobs was less appealing. Just generic door handles. Favourite part of this store were the big “we welcome overnight parking and camping” signs in the parking lot. So great to see a company that welcomes broke travellers with open arms. Will be choosing Home Hardware for any future home and hardware shopping.

Very helpful. I needed a plug for a house in my travel trailer and got what I needed. They even had rv travel supplies, worth beyond able to park over night this HH is in a great location

Female manager was quite un-friendly. Cashier refused to allow my little grandson to have a complimentary lollipop, stating that he hadn't been "good" while in the store. (He had only been excited to explore in the store). My grandson CRIED when the store person spoke harshly to him; ZERO response from the manager.

These people are not to be trusted, especially in kitchen cabinets! We spent over $22k with this company only to be lied to every time there was a mistake on their part. "FIRST" time was when the upper corner cupboards were not made to spec. Told that they were only made to one size. Find out straight from manufacturer they can be made to any size. Now we have hundreds of dollars worth of corner carousels sitting there that cannot be used!!!"SECOND" time was when we asked for the cutouts from Calgary Granite, they said no problem. But when I received them, the sink cut out was so marked up from an angle grinder that it couldn't be used. It's like someone did it on purpose so that you couldn't use it, then the stove top cutout wasn't even the right one, they gave us one half the size. I called the sale person that we were dealing with at Home Hardware, and again she lies and tells us that we weren't charged for them anyway. So I called Calgary Granite and made it sound like I was a new customer and what did I find out, you pay for all the material being used, Even the cutouts. So there went close to $400 down the drain for Quartz that we paid for and can't use for the special project I had planned with the extra material. So the Manager calls me and wants to make things right! Tells me that he would get me two new pieces of Quartz, or cut me a cheque, that was on January 27th. Said that he would call me the next day. I kind of new that I would be brushed off like the B.S I was getting from the sales person in Kitchen Cabinets. Just a heads up to all you people that are thinking of Buying from them in the future. I am a certified Home Inspector and I know my way around home products. The cabinets from Superior were of very good quality, it's just the middle person that you have to deal with. My next step is the BBB.
