This H mart located on Robson is a must for a lunch or mid day snack. It’s not as big as its other locations but that’s downtown for ya, small and compact. Beauty products downstairs. Groceries and food court upstairs.

Korean meats at high quality. Fresh seafood. Frozen fresh as well. Produce prices are reasonable.

Not a lot of people know but there’s a little food court upstairs and it’s been doing well over the years. Definitely give it a shot! The portions are big.

On April 22nd at noon, I purchased two boxes of Beef Short Rib B/L FSH, each priced at $14.71 per 100g. The packaging indicated a weight of 230g per box. However, after removing the packaging, I found the actual net weight of the meat was only 204g.. The missing 26g. — precisely the weight of the yellow plastic tray — indicates that the tare weight was not deducted, and I was charged for both the product and its packaging.

This discrepancy represents more than 10% short weight per box, which is especially egregious considering the high price point of the product. Effectively, consumers are being charged nearly $4 per box for packaging, without their knowledge.

Even more concerning is that this issue appears to be widespread and systemic. Upon closer examination, I discovered that other weighed products sold at this H Mart location also include the packaging weight in the total price, leading to consistent overcharging of customers. This practice constitutes a serious violation of fair measurement standards and can be classified as deceptive and fraudulent behavior.

When I called the store immediately after discovering the issue, the staff refused to take responsibility. I was told that the manager was unavailable and that no one could address the concern. They did not acknowledge the problem, nor did they apologize. Instead, they simply suggested I return the meat for a refund — a dismissive and unacceptable response.

I was looking for some mofusand items and one worker ran across the store looking for it. She found two items! I also boight lots of korean masks that were sold at a good price. The collection at the beauty Department was overwhwelmingly adorable and reasonably priced (at least for items I bought and specifically looked for).

Compact H Mart in a convenient downtown spot (it’s on the second floor). Shelves still carry the usual Korean staples and specialty items, and prices stay reasonable, but the sushi selection is pretty limited. Worth a quick stop if you’re nearby, just don’t expect the variety you’d find at larger locations.

I am so lucky to have this place near my work!
I almost have every my work days lunch in this food court. They might have new chef emonim or ownership. Since a few months ago, menu, food quality became unbelievably good also price range is amazing. (All those menu in pictures are around $15) Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, taste like my mom’s food from Korea.
Japanese lady at counter is also very delightful.

It is considered a corrupt practice and a violation of professional standards and ethics for police officers to accept anything of any value for free from anyone. Please don’t import your official corruption practices of the KNPA (대한민국 경찰청) to Canada. If you need assistance with this please consult the VPD Professional Standards Division on what other methods you can take in expressing your appreciation that does not cause blight in our cherished public institutions, weakening its integrity, and thereby destroying public confidence. VPD officers seen profiting from these handouts should be reported to VPD PS immediately.

It one of the smallest H mart that I ever been to compare to those ones in US. It have all different kind of dried foods, snack, íntant korean ramen noodle, fresh fruits, seafoods and little korean food restaurants. Not many selection of korean foods.
