I was in a couple days ago and bought an item because there was a sign saying it was on sale. At the checkout, the customer ahead of me caught an overcharge on an item that was more in the cash register than showing on the shelf. The manager came out and agreed that the customer was correct about the price. I guess that should have been a heads-up to check my bill before I left.

When I got home, I saw I was overcharged by a whopping $8 (80%) for a poor product I only bought because of the sale price. I took my receipt in today. The cashier was apologetic. She got the manager, who came to the till, looked at my receipt then said he needed to go to the office to check it out. The cashier got called to the office, then came back to tell me the sale had ended the day before I bought it. "Sorry about that." I think she was. I said, "But the sign was still hanging there." "Sorry about that."

Last year I got some really rotten looking and smelling shrimp on sale. (See the photos below. ) I never made it back in to ask for a refund. Now I realize it would have been a waste of time for me anyway.

The take away is: if you have to buy here, check your bill before you leave the store. Check what you're buying carefully. Once you leave it's buyer beware.

I believe in the "buy local" philosophy, but not if the local business lacks integrity. I'll shop less here and more in Kamloops.

Nice clean store, good selection for a smaller grocery store! Deli makes sandwiches, salads and meals you just have to warm up! Friendly staff, sometimes produce is hit or miss, but still well stocked for a small town! Grateful to have this grocery store in our community!!

It's a great community store. They have a good selection of products and the prices are reasonable especially considering it's a small independently run store. Great service, great people.

It doesn't matter if you need to feed a family of 4 or a family of 11 these guys have your back. The cashiers do a fantastic job of making the store run smoothly with very tiny lineups. The prices are comparable and fair for a town 60km out of the way into the sticks of Bambi and her 17 kids.

Clean, organized, and convienient! Their sales are amazing and comparable to big stores in surrounding communities. They have THE best butcher department with fabulous Butcher's who love to do custom orders! Friendly staff and a host if new items for your convenience from home cooked and packed meals to my favourite, roasted chickens❤

Watch for the small sales signs down the aisles, not normally the aisle headers for the best prices. Veg needs to be checked over before buying. Meats... the chicken and pork can be had at good prices. Pork ribs... I'd avoid, the cuts have a lot of marrow and fat in them. Staff are always friendly and attentive. For a small town grocer the prices are fair.

Great little grocery store in Logan Lake - has pretty much anything you need (and forgot at home!) Our go to when we are fishing/camping in the area. Friendly staff and a good butcher department if you don't catch any fish!😉 Closer than driving in to Kamloops...
