Nous avions réservé une chambre king élite (nouvelle aile de l’hôtel ) nous avons eu au final une grande suite avec 2 chambres . Nous n’en avions pas l’utilité mais c’est toujours agréable d’être surclassé! La chambre est très propre et fonctionnelle . La piscine est vraiment très bien grande et eau bien chaude ! Par contre bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est très très médiocre ... dommage

service correct, restaurant passable. ||Chambre correct sans plus, pas très grande et moins attrayante que sur les photos.La décoration est neutre et sans attrait. Notre chambre donnait sur un parking et l'environnement exterieur était sans intérêt. Situé en bordure de route et dans une toute petite ville où il n'y a rien à voir, cet hôtel n'est pas à conseiller pour y rester plusieurs jours. Assez déprimant. Heureusement, il y avait le wifi.

hôtel très propre, check in très rapide . Notre séjour fut très agréable. les chambres sont spacieuses, TRÈS confortable et à un prix très abordables . incluant un déjeuner chaud qui est bien satisfaisant ! je le conseil à tout ceux qui veulent se sauver du vrai gouffre qu'est Waterton !

We recently stayed at the heritage in pincher creek. We were in town for a hockey tournament for my child. We stayed at the heritage because we thought it was a reputable hotel, we got to our room and my daughter was playing on the floor and found a needle. She brought it to me and I immediately took it from her hands and brought it to front desk. The sense of urgency from the manager seemed not existent. I was hoping he would follow up or ask how my daughter was, but he did not. Upon check out I requested to speak with him or if he could call me because I wanted to know if the needle was dirty or used. He told me that the staff threw it in garbage. I asked if he came to check it out himself and he did not. I asked if he could and get back to me, he said he would and he never did. They did switch us to a different room after I requested, that room also seemed to have lots of areas that weren’t cleaned. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. This is a parent’s worst nightmare. The front desk staff was nice, this was a terrible incident and I understand mistakes like this happen but expected more professionalism and better follow up from the manager. This was not a good experience.

Edit: The manager did contact me and informed me that the health unit did check the needle and believed it was not used and did apologize for the experience.

Nice place to stay at Pincher Creek. We stayed for work purpose during the weekday. The room was quiet and the service at the onsite restaurant and the pub were outstanding. The room is older but clean.

Was hard to find at night because sign wasn't lit up. Once we got inside the lobby wasn't very inviting but we understood it was a value hotel. The rooms were clean but the bed was unbelievably hard, had me waking up with a super sore back both mornings. The bed sheets were also weird the duvet didn't have a cover there was just sheets on either side sandwiching it. The shower was a journey, the water pressure of the tub tap was that of a fire engine hose and then I would get the temperature at a comfortable position and then it was jump to either extreme without touching it. Overall was a place a sleep.

Stayed for three nights in this nice hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, strong water pressure in the shower, easy check in and breakfast included. Season's restaurant staff member Lucy, was by far, the BEST employee on the premises! Excellent customer service and a delight to talk to! Would stat here again for sure!!
