Before buying a tractor I was told make sure you have a good dealer close by. This is great advise. I have not had any issues with my tractor, but have used HCE to buy a few attachments and general service for my machine. They have been excellent to deal with every time. Even going so far as to drop off parts at my house! They knowledge about the products they sell and always friendly to deal with. I bought my machine not knowing anything about that brand, or tractors in general. I feel fortunate to have HCE as my dealer.

This Kioti tractor is my second favorite tool of all time. ………Second to my leaf blower obviously. My tractor is tough ,agile, powerful, reliable and just simply fantastic for my property. Mows grass like a boss too!!!,and couldn’t live without it. Quite the unit and couldn’t be happier . (Just like the leaf blower )
HCE is the most friendly , resourceful and knowledgeable dealer out their period. With great shop and mobile mechanic. Simply Amazing. As well as the greatest sales men in the business !!

These guys are on "IT" knowledgeable and no b.s., I never felt pressured but also felt like their only client.they also had the tractor & accessories and implements in stock. I bought the tractor sight unseen and feel very satisfied with the Cs2210. The Backhoe works very quickly and super fun, for small projects. They told me what to upgrade to be able to use my tractor to its full potential, and steered me away from spending unnecessary money.

Very poor service , not recommended if you have any issues with any products that they service
Nice when you buy a tractor from them and bullies when there is a problem . I’ve talked to lots of others about their service and it’s the same issues . The poor service can be predicted . Be aware

I have dealt with Chris, Jason, Alex and Nora at Harbour City Equipment for just over a year now after the purchase of Kioti tractor, equipment trailer and a few attachments. Always had quick, friendly service from all four, from warranty work to purchasing additional equipment. Very helpful staff in all aspects of equipment etc. Hey, they have great coffee too!
