I had an opportunity to engage with Hansen excavating as I needed a septic system inspected on a property I was making an offer on. Blair was very responsive and accommodating to my timeline which was quite short. I was provided with a low/high estimate for this work and an agreed upon start time. Blair was easy to work with and started on time. This inspection was not typical as the existing system was poorly documented and quite "non-standard". Initial inspection was undertaken and when conditions (Frozen Ground) became a limiting factor, I was called with an update and explanation of findings thus far as well as his advice for next steps. Blair's experience was evident in his recommendation to stop the inspection at this point rather than attempt further investigation that would likely not change the opinion that the system was at the end of it's usable life and required a complete rebuild.
As someone with zero experience with septic systems, Blair was very good with explaining how this system was constructed compared to modern systems. I received a detailed report with supporting photo's as well as an estimate for the costs to replace the system. My invoice was actually below his lower end estimate. I couldn't be more pleased with my engagement with Hansen Developments and will certainly look to them for my needs in this area in the future. You won't go wrong working with Pro's like Blair and his team.

Blair and his machines have been part of our building project from the start, all the way from breaking ground to landscaping.
