Good for some smaller things, whereas some of their larger stock (lumber, sheetrock, 4x8 sheets) are not always in good shape and some selection limited. I often go to the location in Quispam or Kents or ultimately Home Depot (further and further away).

Stood patiently waiting for an employee to come in the paint department for twenty minutes. In that time they had called for the employee responsible twice. Finally someone came to tell us that they could not find the guy, and that the machine wasn't working properly anyhow. We wasted so much time standing there for nothing!!.... Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service.

I went to the store today seeking information and could not be happier with the service I received! Pat took time to answer all my questions and provided helpful information and alternatives to consider. Then, Todd (the store owner) saw me taking a picture of some flooring and provided me with a sample. He also took time to provide helpful information on a new project we're doing.

I definitely will be visiting this store again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend Hampton Home Hardware for it's exceptional customer service. We had ordered wood and expected it to arrive by a certain date. There was a mix up and a broken down truck. I spoke with the owner and he was compassionately professional. He said that if he had to deliver this wood himself with his own truck he would, and we would not be let down. He kept his word and our wood was delivered. He has our family's loyalty and deserves nothing less. Thank you!!!!!
