Super cute clothes and home goods, however the staff member working was so condescending and rude to my mom when she asked a simple question. Judging by the other reviews on here, we’re not the only ones who have had this experience. As a retail worker myself, it’s extremely disappointing and cringe-worthy when store owners / employees act snobby like this for no reason.

I love shopping at Habit every time I am in Tofino! The staff are great, especially the manager Jessica. She is very experienced and always knows exactly what I am looking for, it's like having your your own personal stylist. I always find pieces here that I can't seem to find in the city and the quality of brands to shop from is incredible. Highly recommend making a stop at Habit when you are in town!

Absolutely LOVE this store. The clothing is beautiful and overall great vibes as soon as you walk in. The store manager...Jess...I think was her name, was so friendly and helpful! It's a must visit for anyone visiting Tofino and to get some cute, West coast clothes

My favourite spot to shop in Tofino. I once went three time in one weekend to buy the C’est moi, buttery soft bamboo bras! A unique selection of amazing gear and I absolutely love the beautiful garments and the killer selection of jeans! And they are always so friendly and helpful! Xx

Love the styles and have bought from there before. This time around I was really dissapointed with a basic t-shirt I bought. After just one wear, the material started disintegrating. I informed them of the issue and they said they would help. I haven't heard from them in over 1 month. Really like the styles but the quality and service is very poor.
