For more than 24 years I have been greeted by owner, Guy who pleasantly takes my order with a smile. Service (“insane staff” logo on their shirts) is amazing - very professional staff (Ethan is super polite and has a great smile). The Cafe’s says a lot about the community and leadership Guy fosters. Food is wholesome, tasty and hits the spot. Calm, clean, spacious and not too loud eating tables - very pleasant atmosphere! Patio in the summer. Great treats and also liquor licence (if you must). Highly recommend. Will not disappoint.

Guy's cafe is immediately welcoming! As soon as you open the door the staff at the counter greet you before you're even done stepping inside.

For me the reason to visit is to get some kind of delicious sandwich. The bread is all freshly baked and super delicious. There are soups and many cakes and pastries to try as well. I'm usually too full from my sandwich to go for all of those. 👍

Guy's is the epitome of a great, locally owned and operated, longstanding business. I am in his cafe multiple times a week and have never had a single issue with coffee, food, or his staff. Guy, the owner, is always there with a smile and great conversations. Just give your business to this place if you are in Cochrane.

2022 Review:
What a treat to be back! It looks nearly the same as we left it 💜

Walked in and was promptly greeted with a smile and a warm greeting. The folks who work here make you feel right at home. Maybe they are the owners? I'd love to know!

We were assisted (upon request) with some menu suggestions. The staff helping us was so very knowledgeable and quickly got our lunch sorted for us. A loaded tuna melt and delicious vegetarian soup...I beleive it was tomato basil...YUM! Oh, we also enjoyed a LONDON FOG...yes, they have the best you'll ever taste (floral and delish) and an apple juice!

We dined outside this time around...they have ample seating along their restaurant, outside where you can enjoy the calm, fresh air!

You could tell that there were clearly regulars there meeting for coffee and just enjoying themselves. Definitely a place to come and meet friends, stay a chat over tea or catch a quick bite.

They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. Sweet treats and tasty drinks!

I'm not sure what draws me here more..the food or the people...both are fantastic!

Initial Review in 2020: As soon as we walked into this place, we knew it would be good. This place was fairly busy, a good indicator of good food!

Who I gather to be the owner took our order, he used both humour and kindness while taking our order and answering our questions.

They offer food for all dietary restrictions, so it is a good place to go with any group of people.

The prices are very good, seating options are plentiful and the food is delicious!

Even with the seemingly busy cafe, the wait for the food was minimal.

Would definitely go back again!
