Was really hoping to support local. Called looking for a small order and spoke to the owner Nick to ensure it was doable and met my timeline. Was quoted a price verbally, was told the timeline was good and was asked to send a follow up email so that they could send an invoice. I sent an email right away, received an auto confirmation that it was received. I had my artwork included and all details required. No response. Sent a second email 4 days later....no response. Called today no answer. 6 days later and now I'm left hanging. With so many options out there they need to be better. If simple communication and responding can't be delivered, I can't imagine the product would be much better. Beyond disappointed on the lack of care.

What a wonderful local business! We needed some hoodies for our hockey team and wanted to go the embroidery route. Our logo is rather complex and several companies told us it couldn't be done. Graphnix did a beautiful job of both our hoodies and toques, turn around time was amazing and Nick, Jenn and their staff were delightful to work with! Thank you so much!
