Variable ratio tuning keys in gloss black look and work awesome! Makes tuning much easier between strings.

Apparently this is the only way the site would allow me to respond. Would not take photo uploads either. The keys went on a Warmoth P-bass type 5 string. Nordstrand pickups, Babicz bridge. I have to think a little after using normal tuning keys for decades, but yours are absolutely smooth as silk!

Took several days past projected delivery date to get my ratio tuners. Granted GraphTech is in British Colombia, Canada and I live in Virginia, USA, but still, I think it’s far more difficult to get in touch with them than it should be. Bygones.
When tuners finally did arrive and I started swapping tuners on my Les Paul Studio with the new ratio tuners, I immediately realized that the string attachment post on the new tuners is at least 1/8” shorter than the stock tuners I’m replacing.
I was unable to use the washers they provided because they were at least twice as thick as the stock washers and made the post hole almost too low to be usable; nearly even with the top of the nut. The taper on the ratio tuning post heads doesn’t even clear the top of the hex nut as you can see in the photo where the new tuners (4,5,6) are on the right and old ones (1,2,3) are still on the left. You can easily see the height difference.
I’m retired from NASA, a tool and die maker, I understand paying attention to detail. If I was GraphTech’s QC guy and these came across my desk I’d have rejected them for the post height mismatch. Another time, a different generation.

The tuners themselves work ok as advertised however be prepared for some possible fit mismatch issues because of the shorter tuning posts.
Otherwise, having a finer tuning capability is nice, no overshoot making the string sharp.

www.GraphTech.com is the place to go when you're looking for high quality guitar parts to upgrade your guitar. I recently purchased Ratio Multi-Geared Precision Tuners for their locking abilities and it was a feather in my cap to find Graph Tech comes with "InvisoMatch" mounting plates that made my installation of the new tuners to just drop-in without any problems at all. Just take of the old and with the mounting plates, put on the new. It was a done deal within only a few minutes. Thanks Graph Tech.

I purchased set of bass machine heads last year. After few months I picked my bass again and noticed low-b machine head is skipping on the gear after string reaches certain tension. Basically I cannot tune my low B string. Waiting close to one month now, but no response from Customer support yet. I will have to put original tuner back. My advise: avoid this brand, total ignorance towards customers, $180 wasted.

Excellent! Installed onto my 2011 GLP traditional pro II. Loved the ease of installation. Especially liked the part where I didn’t have to replace the threaded post inserts. I now experience longer sustain.

Ratio tuners? Got 'em on all my guitars. Can't live without 'em. First thing you notice is the quality. Solid, well built and hefty. Next is the easy installation. So simple a kid could do it. And then there's the accuracy. Smooth, repeatable, and bang on! So why doesn't everyone use 'em? I guess because they haven't tried 'em.

They shipped a saddle too narrow for my bridge after I sent them the measurements of my current saddle. I had to shim with superglue to get it to fit somewhat snug. Contacted Customer service afterwards, nothing but a waste of time after six emails I still do not have the issue solved. Do not buy from Graph Tech if you want one by it online where they have decent customer service if issues arise
