Was very impressed with the staff. I was walking around looking for things and they were quite helpful. It was close to 9 so I was trying to hurry. There was no reminder of when the store closed or anything. When I commented on that I was told that if you need to shop that’s what they are there for.and without us shop they don’t have a job. I was quite impressed! I was also impressed by an older cashier praising a younger staff member for a job well done. A really great experience!

Our favourite grocer. I don’t know who’s responsible but the buyer is picking quality products. Decent pricing but the quality of products is what stands out. In store tacos, sausages, frozen Pierogis to name a few examples. The garden centre is also. No slouch.

Clean, tons of variety of everything you would want or need. Prices are steep I'd say Foodland comparison but way better products. They have a small spot where they sell wine, one for lotto, big pharmacy that you can also fill prescriptions, also a decent sized deli, as well as a good variety of pre-made meals.

That was an experience at the self checkout today! Don't go to grants that often.
Only four tills opened up and with backed up with lines. So i did the self checkout to save myself time, ( all 3 were opened) as scanning my items 1/2 way through a cashier comes over and said to me its only a 15 item self checkout, Me, never knew that sign even exists. Cashier, so you know for next time TO USE A CASHIER!
Isn't that the point of a self checkout, no matter how may items you have. Any other self checkout store wants/lets you to do as many items you want, save them from there job.

I always love shopping at Grant's. Their staff is always great, the deli is quick and super clean. Today was not a good visit.
I parked my truck and stepped out and wiped out on black ice. I was lucky that I didn't break anything. I did my shopping, and when I finished I mentioned to customer service about my fall and how slippery it is. I said someone could really hurt themselves. Customer service called management and they did not come to speak with me, nor was anyone sent out to put salt out. The CS lady did ask if I was ok. I said I'm ok, but will be sore tomorrow. I took my groceries out, and it was still slippery. I returned my cart to the store because I saw someone putting the mats down inside. I told him what had happened. He said he knew. I looked at him funny because that's all he said. He said they will look after it. Not my expected response.
