Unpleasant experience with the owner, Paul, who exhibited a demanding attitude when contacting clients for payment within a mere 30 days, despite it being the standard payment term. Throughout the communication, Paul frequently boasted about his extensive 50+ years of experience while simultaneously undermining the client's financial capabilities. The daily harassment within the 30-day timeframe was unwarranted and unprofessional.

Furthermore, Paul failed to communicate the payment terms clearly, only later informing the client that payment was due upon receipt. Adding to the frustration, he claimed clients owed him over $250,000, which appeared to be an internal accounting matter rather than a concern for the client. This behavior raises concerns about Paul's effectiveness as a representative for his company, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.
