Constant disappointment with staffs here. There are some who are okay, but the majority of them seemed annoyed to help customers. A few reviews here reverberate the same thing, so I'm hoping the owner of this establishment will take action. Here's a perfect example though. The last time we were here, one of the cashiers raised her voice at a senior who had placed a big item on the counter hoping that she could leave it there while waiting on the line. She didn't even have the chance to explain herself, but obviously struggles to carry the heavy item. Two young gentlemen (customers, not employees) offered to help, but she declined looking embarrassed. I couldn't believe the audacity to show such disrespect towards a customer. I will never go back here. Prices are all over the place anyway and are apparently based on their research, whatever that means.

Never give donation to Goodwill!!! People made donations with the purpose of helping other people who can't buy clothes or other goods. They gave donations with expectations that poore people can buy these clothes with low price. But what reality? The reality is that all the best clothes and things got the same ones people with purpose to resell it online: kijiji, marketplace or other. They know days when will be new arrivals, the first took the best goods. And the workers in the stores know these people, but allowed them to do this. What are you doing? Did you inform donaters that they goods will increase income dishonesty people who made money on poore people and people with disabilities?

This Goodwill used to be great with very fair prices. In the past few weeks I have noticed their prices skyrocketing from non-profit prices to for profit pricing. Second hand shops, like Goodwill, are a place where those in need shop, the same people Goodwill claims to aid. But at these prices there is no way a person or family in need could afford to shop here. All the photos attached were taken on the same day. One of their prices even exceeds what you could purchase the item online for. This company is a scam and when you try to search what their charitable "mission" is, it is very difficult for find actual evidence of their charitable efforts.

I gave two stars because the floor staff are very kind and keep the place super tidy.

I had a terrible experience at this Goodwill store today. My mother and I were there, and from the moment we approached the cashier, Monique, it was clear she had a terrible attitude. She pretended not to see us and seemed to hope that her co-worker would assist us instead.

During our transaction, my mother asked Monique about the price of an item in our cart because it had no price tag. Monique's facial expression showed clear annoyance, and it felt like she was deliberately avoiding answering our questions, making us ask multiple times before reluctantly responding.

What really irked us was when we observed Monique's behavior with the customer behind us, an elderly white lady. Suddenly, Monique put on a friendly smile and treated her with courtesy. It was evident that Monique was biased in her behavior, and it left us feeling disgusted and strongly believing that there may have been a racist element to her actions.

I sincerely hope that management takes this issue seriously and takes appropriate action with Monique. Such behavior has no place in any establishment, and it's important that all customers are treated with respect and equality.

OMGosh where to begin. â˜ș
I have to say that ALL my visits to Goodwill Tudor Glen, in St. Albert have been Fantastic. CHING goes above and beyond, with helping me take things out of my vehicle with ALWAYS a huge, caring smile. I actually look forward to having to drop off stuff at this location; I don’t go anywhere else. Its a chance to see CHING and exchange a few words. đŸ„°
CHING is definitely a keeper and I must say, a HUGE benefit to your organization.

Guys please please go give anything to homeless shelters! Not here. They give things away to a store and who goes there ? People who have money. If you can there’s lots of homeless shelters with people who actually need things and have no money. Whether clothes or anything pls don’t give your things away here.
