I have been coming here for close to four years.
I have found a few cool unique things over the years.
Prices are reasonable and there is NO tax!!

I had an issue that I encountered back in April and I saw it happen again on Sunday September 14th.

In April I brought a few things to cashier with a total of $9. I gave her a $50 bill and she said I can't give you change as it's early in the day. All I needed was $41 in change! I didn't want to use debit or credit card. The manager on duty wouldn't get off their ass to come out of office and solve issue by bringing 💲💲 to break the $50. I had a $5 bill and $3 in change but was still .75cents short. She said I'll have to put something back until other employee gave me the amount I needed to complete purchase after observing the situation.

$100 float is not enough........It's 2025!!!!

A week later, there was a district manager at the store and I told him the story. He said that he had the exact same concern from another customer at another store and he would correct it as it was a problem.

Fast forward 5 months and the same thing happened to the customer in front of me!!

This needs to be addressed BIG TIME pronto!!

People still use cash and $100 float is NOT sufficient for a retail store like this period.

Been really enjoying this newer location. Prices are fair and on par with the rest of the Niagara region, unlike the Goodwills in Welland which are consistently higher priced on the same items. The staff at this location however I'm not impressed with. If you're going to advertise business hours open until 9pm don't lock your doors by 8:45 and proceed to ignore people at the door. The staff wouldn't even make eye contact. All I was looking to do is run in and out for a computer keyboard since they were the last place in town "open" tonight.

The prices are fair, have a lot of selection, including furniture and some small appliances. Some items are over priced. They help people in their community who are in need, when u lost everything to an apartment fire, the manager let me pick out some clothing and other items I was in need of, great staff.

Love that they have so many things to choose from! They have an amazing selection of everything to choose from! The staff here are actually very helpful, nice & personalble! They don't treat you like a nobody!

So expensive! Went there on ODSP day to treat myself and was blown away by the expensive prices! Who’s really gonna pay these prices?! And I bought a couple VHS tapes and they were the wrong movie labeled. I thought I was buying Scooby Doo 2 and got The Japanese simpsons season 4

Prices are ridiculous. $4 for a dirty used dollarstore Tupperware? I bought the exact same one at Dollarama for $2 a week ago.

50 dollar donated kids coats and was told buy head office that these prices are very affordable well next door at treasure hunt new non donated coats 12 dollars but you know good work helping the poor

I always enjoy a trip to this Goodwill. I find the staff friendly and helpful, things are generally clean, they restock frequently and the selection of home goods is always really good!
