I like to go here to shop second hand as the prices are very fair. All the staff I have encountered have been lovely until today.
One lady with red curly hair seemed very short and rude with not only me but other customers from what it seemed. I felt uncomfortable and didn't feel like shopping around after my encounter with her.
I left and came back around 45 minutes later and I believe I encountered her again as she was leaving and she didn't bother moving from the middle of the doorways as I was walking through the to go in. Again felt uncomfortable but went in as I knew she wasn't on the clock anymore.
Other than that one staff member I love this place and all the other staff I have encountered.

I love going there not only to shop but also great therapy for me. The staff are incredibly nice especially the two gentlemen who run the tills one named Chris and dam it I can't remember the other but they treat me with kindness and funny they are. There a lady with long brown hair who remembers my name all the time who runs a till also she is very kind and always has a smile. I love that you can try on clothes and not waste the little amoint of money I have. Thank you for the oasis.

Most of the staff are very nice but there was one cashier the other day, she was not so pleasant, hurrying me up because she was worried that there will be line up. On the time, i was with her, nobody was behind me. She grabbed all my staff from the cart and after she was done, she thrown back all the stuff into the cart and so i have to put myself aside and put all my staff in the bag in the corner. I looked like i was stealing the stuff because i was putting them from the cart to the bag abd far away from cashier area. SHE WAS SO RUDE to me. SHE is skinny lady with thin curly hair.

The other reason for 3 stars, thier clothing is started to go up the price so high. Pls keep your price low. Do not be
like Value Village. IF you keep puting your price high noone will donate in the store anymore.

Friendly and helpful staff. They have reorganized the store and changed the layout, moving and redesigning the check out. They have significantly reduced the amount of children's clothes that they have, which is unfortunate but the staff said they are supposed to add more. The store is clean and generally well organized and most of all reasonably priced. Lower rating only because of the lack of children's clothes.

I love the selection of decent condition used clothing and books.
This place would get 4 Stars if it wasn't for the attitude of the "Sales Associates!" Dare I even call then that! They act as if they are doing you a favor letting you shop there. Don't bother expecting any assistance, and DO NOT ask them to hold an item, even for 5 mins.They seem to forget they work in a retail establishment and if no one shops there, they don't have a job.
The younger ladies that work in there are a little more sociable and don't have constant resting B@#$& faces, but they have their moments. The older women... Not nice at all. In fact they can be downright rude.

Clean and well organized store. Great staff and lots of beautiful items. Good prices
Especially in light of the fact a lot of thrift stores are.getting rather expensive. Might as well buy new with the prices they charge. But goodwill has managed to keep their prices reasonable. Well sorted store too. Dont see ripped items etc on the floor. Great job guys and gals at goodwill Chatham, Ontario. Keep up the great work
