I went to the General Store while I was waiting for a table at Humble Roots Cafe. This store is more like a candy store than anything else with abundant of their inventory is. However, that is not a bad thing since I have a sweet tooth for them. They carry all sorts of candy from both the United States and the United Kingdom, a lot of which you cannot find in any actual candy stores. They also sell unique choices of ice cream and have a milkshake counter.

My only complaint is that a lot of the items that from outside the country are a little pricy, but it is understandable. The customer service is great, the worker allowed me to mix and match a couple of candy bars that were slightly different prices.

I would recommend checking out this store if you are in the area, especially for those that likes sweets.

One of the best little stores you will find anywhere. Amazing selection of snacks. Nice variety of quality ice cream. This store has one of the best selections of candy with many of them hard to find anywhere else.

Awesome general store with an excellent selection of snacks and treats at very fair prices. I can't understand why some reviewers think they should be able to park their cars in this business's parking lot while they go feed the horses or eat at the next door deli. This guy is running a convenience store business and convenient parking is important!

This is an awesome, well run general store! Owner works there and is very friendly.

My first time popping in here after walking my dog on the trails nearby and WOW I am glad I did!! It is so adorable inside with such a wide selection of goodies and drinks, most of which I have never seen before or haven’t seen in ages. Everything priced quite fairly as well and the lady working there was incredibly sweet, I will be back! 🥰

This place is amazing because of all the candy and drinks I’d 100% come here again and take my kids and make sure the kids get a monster energy drink then take them to day care then go to the mall and find a toilet and clog it

We stopped after seeing it was a Britsh foods and candy store . Also served Spirt Bear coffee. Owner was very freindly and personable. Joy was looking for something else , He will check his supplier this week and phone Her .

Great convenience store with lots of options for ice cream.

We share a story with them.
We moved to Maple Ridge 6 months back and live near to this store.
My wife and I went for a walk to explore this area. We did not track the time and it became dark. No street lights and footpaths are present in this area. I was scared because my wife was pregnant and it was very risky to walk on the road in the dark with footpath. And my bad was my cellphone was dead and we did not know what to do.
With hesitations, I went to this store and asked for help. They helped me book a local taxi and we reached home safely.
I am really greatfull for your help 🙂
