No wonder they have HORRIBLE reviews! I used to spend about 10$ a week on their vending machin at my office. I called 3 times over 3 months to say the machine took my money. They take your information and say someone will contact you. I have not received a call yet. Congratulations on the extra 4$ you made, you lost a lot more from a client long term.

My experience with global is not good. I have lost money and called the 800 number and get an unpolite individual at the othe end saying she's just the answering service. She took my name everytime I called telling me she will pass on the info and someone will get back to me. Its been approximately 6 weeks. Three phone calls and no response. So I found an email, sent it off still no response

Machines at social development have been not working for over a month now

Very poor service.
-I have personally left several messages trying to get back money that one of their machines stole from me. As of this date (over two months after I started leaving messages) I have not received a single call back!
-These machines have a bad reputation on campus for not dispensing snacks or change properly.
-These machines are not restocked in a timely manner and are often nearly bare before the exam periods end.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Have been trying to contact this company for over a month. Took 10 dollars of mine without dispensing any product and broke the machine . Machine was fixed after a month meaning that my 10 dollar bill was pocketed and they did not look into any calls about the issue.
