We were shopping there yesterday and found the woman with the short white hair to be terrible. She appeared to be fully annoyed to have patrons in the store. All three of had separate interactions that came out after we left. We thought it appropriate to let the owners know. The clothing was lovely, the service was atrocious.

I am from Kimberley and shop in this store every time I go to Fernie. I purchased a jacket for my son, but did not get told I have 2 weeks to exchange. The jacket did not fit so we came back 3 weeks later only to be told we missed the 2 week cutoff. I was going to exchange it for an item that cost more…walked out very frustrated. The person serving us said that they could not put the jacket in the system. No flexibility what so ever even when we explained we tried to come back the weekend before but had to turn around because the road conditions were terrible. Won’t shop there again.

Excellent service from the team at Ghostrider Trading Co. I’ve been a repeat customer for awhile now and finally had a pair of boots that had a zipper break. I brought them in to get repaired happy to pay for it as I had no receipt to do a warranty claim. I was blown away when I was given brand new boots at no charge! Amazing, exceeded my expectations and have my toes toasty and slip free for another winter 🙂

My whole family has been shopping at Judith's store for several years. We are always greeted by name, and made to feel very welcomed. The service is very personal, the inventory is high quality and well priced. Not the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had... the staff made me feel uncomfortable asking questions about their products and wouldn’t let me exchange unworn product when I realized I should’ve gotten a different size.
