My husband and I just bought 2 more e-bike from Georgian Recreation. We enjoy going in and talking to Jess. Her husband always helps us and we have nothing but positive experiences when we go there. This is our 5th e-bike we have bought there since they opened and we send everyone we know there.

We are so happy with our Ebike purchases from Georgian Bay Recreation. They have a great selection and they were very accommodating with their hours just for us to come and have a look. Happy to know I have somewhere to go if I have any questions, problems or upgrades in the future. Not something you would find if you purchased from Amazon or a chain store.

Bought an e-bike 7 months ago started having problems with it, took it in for service and it sat there for a week owners didn't seem too interested in look even looking at it and their policy of not answering their business phone is a very poor business practice makes it sound like they're avoiding something would not recommend this place to anyone now. I used to because everyone loves the bike I have when they see it and ask where I got it I say not there. Very sad.

I live in Midland where the choice of Ebikes in the bike shops is extremely limited. Wasaga Beach is only about a half hour from where I live and well worth the drive. Mike and Jen were unbelievably knowledgeable about the step through foldable bike I wanted and they sold it to me at a very competitive price. It was ready for me when I went to pick it up and Jen went through all the features with me. Then she folded it up and lifted it into the back of my car. Great service - nice people - fair prices. Five stars for sure!

My husband and I were looking for e-bikes and found Jess at Georgian Bay Recreation friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought a Daymak Florence 3-wheeler for my husband and a Taubik Escape for me. We are totally happy with our purchases and look forward to a continued relationship with Georgian for our maintenance needs in the future. Bought my Everyday e-bike at Georgian bay recreation. Very pleasant experience . I had many questions , Jess had many answers . Very informative and friendly service . We recently purchased two e-bikes from Georgian Bay Recreation in Wasaga Beach and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Sam greeted us in the showroom and took the time to explain the various models available and helped guide us on the best e-bike to suit our needs. She allowed us to take each bike out for a test drive around the large parking lot beside the store.
After a couple of weeks we decided to go back and purchase the bikes and Jess took care of the transaction & delivery. Jess was so friendly and accommodating, with excellent customer service.
We’ve been out on many rides since then….rode from Wasaga Beach to Collingwood and back with ease and hardly used any battery. Battery charging is extremely easy with just a plug-in to a normal electrical socket.
If you are considering purchasing an e-bike we highly recommend Georgian Recreation. Five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do not usually write reviews however, I felt compelled to do so after my experience with Georgian Bay Recreation.
First, Jess and Mike have always been accommodating with any requests I have given them.
Secondly, I have had problems with the batteries in my bike for a couple of years now. Last fall I surrendered my bike to them in hopes that they could fix the problem. Well a new set of batteries was needed, which they ordered for me and because of the time it took to get them, they asked if I would like to store my bike with them for the winter. Storage, for that matter, heated storage, is a service that was extremely appreciated on my part. Also, while there they replaced a side panel for me.
I got my bike back last week . I was unable to ride it for a couple of days because of weather but when I got on it and went for a ride, I had what I would call an "omg" moment. It was a pleasure to ride! i purposely went out for a long ride on it and I was not disappointed.
