I observed the building's interior requiring renovations. Please refer to the attached photograph.

A staff member noted that the laundry facilities were not in the best condition, but the bathroom was surprisingly clean. The ambient temperature inside the laundry room was quite chilly.

I noticed other patrons wearing winter attire. The cost of using the washer and dryer was relatively expensive, with the washer costing more than five dollars.

Despite the drawbacks, the staff maintained a pleasant demeanor.

I have to laugh ready some of the less than glowing reviews! These dear folk have NO clue about sketchy laundromats! GCM Cleaners is a very well run and CLEAN laundromat and very friendly, helpful staff. Very highly recommended! Thank you GCM for such a nice facility to wash and dry our clothes in!

Great had to start doing laundry here. They were great at helping out when the dryers kept showing codes. They replaced our fees and we switched dryers. Downside is if to many people doing laundry on the same side at the same time it cause cause some of the to not heat or pop codes.

Great service. Sent my hoodie in to see if they could get a grease stain out of it with low expectations because it had sat for 2 days prior to me sending it off to get cleaned, when I went to pick up my hoodie they had informed me that they were only able to get that stain out 95% and I was not surprised that it didn’t come out, however I was surprised when they told me I didn’t have to pay because they couldn’t get it out for me. The staff was wonderful and I would recommend this place anyone

Amazing staff. I would travel down from fort st john to do my laundry. And every time was greeted with a friendly hello and helpfull staff. I would recommend this place every time.

Super happy w this establishment. The staff was so kind and informative. I love that they offer tanning even tho I wasnt able to. The machines are clean and offered in multiple sizes. My extremely soiled laundry was very clean w only one cycle. The dryer took less than half of the time I expected it to. I will definately be coming back here when in need. They offer multiple detergant and i do believe they offer drop off services.
