This Home Hardware location has a Home Furniture store in it. The store is very clean with plenty of inventory. The garden centre is open with lots of beautiful annuals, perennials, shrubs and hanging baskets

Gananoque Home Hardware is such an awesome store. The moment you walk in, their team makes you feel welcome. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help you find what you need or give advice to make your project easier. Whether it’s a big renovation or a small fix, they’re there to guide you with care and expertise. It’s worth the drive from Kingston if you're thinking about it!

Unpleasant experience on Sunday. We’re starting a major renovation project of about $85,000 and are looking at flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and furniture. We came across “Sale” signs all over the Yeti section all to discover the sale is only for “select colours” which is not stated on the red signs, rather the customer should be matching item codes to figure out it’s only a certain colour. Cashier wasn’t helpful to verify, I had to go back and chase down other employees to look into. I’m taking my reno project elsewhere.

Today, I am updating my opinion of this store. If I could give you more stars, I would! I was trying to get info & advice on a very sentimental project I am trying to do. A lovely gentleman helped me figure out what I needed, though I was very emotional! I did not catch your name, but to the person who sorted thru my jumbled thoughts & words, presenting me with solutions, THANK YOU!!! It meant SO much that you took time to comiserate with me, and were able to decipher my repair troubles, beyond my tears. You are awesome, and I hope you somehow see this!!!
