I recently purchased an LG range from Lee at FW Black’s. I gave Lee my wishes for a stove and he recommended 3. I chose the one that was instock. I have now had a chance to use both the induction cook top and the oven. I was very surprised at how fast the oven heats up, even to 500*. Can’t wait to use the air fryer! Love love love it! Happy anniversary to me!

My wife and i needed a new refrigerator- our Amana gave good service for 17 years. We had priced out several fridges at various stores and they were similarly priced. The salesman at FW Black was very good- he knew his products, had a sense of humour and addressed his remarks to both of us. He asked us to confirm dimensions at home - both for then location and for getting the fridge into the house.

We purchased a basic Whirpool and the extended warranty. Delivery was promised in a few days. We received a call the day before and the morning of from the delivery crew. The delivery crew was excellent. They had the old fridge out and the new one installed in short order

A minor annoyance- when i tried to register with online with my phone using the warranty card, it took me to the US site which didn’t recognize Canadian addresses. I did have to search around to find Canadian site.

Overall we are happy with the price and very happy with our interactions with sales staff and delivery team.

We dealt with Ashley and he was WONDERFUL!!! He spent countless visits to the store with us, he helped us decide on the best appliances to suit our needs.
We ended up buying Bosch, LG, and GE products and they’re amazing.

After visiting all the big box stores, we were unable to find a store that had any stock and honoured the same / next day delivery as advertised on their websites. As a last stop, we reached fw blacks who had a display freezer for sale. The salesman was very professional with old school classic methods. Not only did they make us a deal on the model we got, they rushed their staff to arrive at our house in 30mins to remove and install the new freezer. Because they were so quick and understanding, we were able to save 2/3 of our freezer contents. Outstanding job and thank you for being so considerate. You guys are courteous, amazing and highly recommended.

Very pleasant, professional & experienced salesperson. freezer was the right size and good pricing. Delivery was also great. Great delivery. Louis & Anthony ensured freezer was properly installed, cleaned up all packaging. The back door had to be removed, which was done in no time, no messes left whatsoever. Great employees!
