We booked furnace solutions heating and air-conditioning for a garage heater installation. Right from the first time I contacted the company for a quote, right up until booking the installation I had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, courteous and definitely willing to work with me in my schedule.

On the day of my installation, the installation technicians arrived on time, they reviewed exactly where the garage heater was going to go and also advised me that due to the fact of my garage being finished the wiring and cabling would be exposed. I was absolutely aware of this and was very excepting. When the installation was completed I was extremely happy. The work was done neat, clean and very professional.

I would like to send out a great big thank you to our installers and all of the office staff for being very accommodating. This should be a warm comfortable winter in our garage.

Our house was previously owned by a do it yourself plumber. Furnace Solutions were amazing to deal with and fixed the hack job which was previously installed. To start they were willing to come from Edmonton to our rural address which is west of Stony Plain. The guys were personable, friendly and on time. It was cold when my furnace quit. They were busy but came & got it going the same day. I thought it might be good for the winter so held off getting the recommended repair done. They didn't pressure me at all! Then it quit again, they had an opening, and had the part replaced and my furnace up and running inside of two hours. (They had ordered the part and had it on hand)! Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Competitive prices. The woman who takes the incoming calls goes out of her way to set you up to get the help you need, and she's so nice! Dealing with Furnace Solutions was a real pleasure. I won't be losing their number!

Our furnace of 30 years have finally run its course. A friend had recommended Furnace Solutions as she had her furnace replaced about 5 years earlier. Replacing it has been a very worthwhile and knowledgeable experience. Fantastic work, very knowledgeable staff, and great communication the whole way.

I booked an estimate online, and someone contacted me shortly after. The salesperson Nick explained the pros and cons of forced air and infrared garage heaters, and what size I would want. Able to answer all my questions.

The techs I had for the install (Tyler and Gabe) were also both very professional, my heater looks at least as good as the installs on their website, and I'm really happy with the Reznor unit. Nice and quiet, and my garage was warm within minutes.

And between the time from booking the estimate to the install, I was contacted to confirm dates and pricing, and was never left wondering along the way.

Very happy with my decision to choose Furnace Solutions, and will update my review in Spring after an air conditioner installation!

Update: Got Air Conditioning! Same excellent quality and customer service as before. Very professional, perfect install, works great, and very competitive pricing.

I’ll be back if I need anything, and will tell anyone I know to do the same.

I had Furnace Solutions install an Air Conditioning unit in my home a week ago. I was so impressed by the integrity of Scott - he never "up sold" me but rather really helped to provide me with information to assist me in making the decision as to what unit was best for me and my home. I had other estimates prior to Furnace Solutions and the difference in how they presented their products etc. was really refreshing. I had confidence in my decision - and in Furnace Solutions - and looked forward to my install date. Jonathan and Matt did my install - they were timely and professional. I was impressed with how they took the time to explain how the unit worked, what I needed to do to care for it, how to program and operate my unit. Customer Service is huge for Furnace Solutions and an attribute that I really value. Furnace Solutions' commitment to customer service was put to the test for me when a mistake was made on my invoice and they absolutely took full responsibility to "make it right" - they proved to me that they "walk the talk" when it comes to excellent customer service! Ryan and Courtney were amazing. They really took care of me and made me feel that I was a valued customer. People never forget how you make them feel. So not only excellent professional products and service but a company that I will return to with all my heating/cooling needs. I recommend Furnace Solutions to everyone! Ricardo came out to do some regular service work on my furnace, fireplace & garage heater. He was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in his line of work. Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the problem we were having. After I explained what was happening he did a quick assessment and explained the repairs that would be necessary. He also arranged to have a roofer come to install the new stacks and seal the shingles. His workmanship and the repair was perfect. We are very appreciative of the work that Furnace Solutions did for us after being so discouraged when several other HVAC companies refused to help us.
