Buying equipment was easy. Once they have your money, there customer service becomes non existent. They cancel
Your appointments and charge outrageous pick up and delivery fees claiming the property is too far. Yet when purchased they assured they would have no problem servicing the machines. This is terribly sad. I would have bought a new tractor every 3 years. I always get my equipment serviced at the dealership and I’m a loyal customer….well I was. Until you can improve your customer service and actually care about people, I will no longer support you. DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOUR ABD BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. AMHERST HAS OTHER TRACTOR DEALERS THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN THE SLEAZIEST USED CAR SALESMAN YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE.

Buying our tractor here was a very pleasant experience. Mark Whidden is very knowledgeable about the products and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. After sale support has been phenomenal, I've only encountered a couple very minor issues and they were addressed right away.
Very happy with our new Massey!

got cut off by Google---anyway thanks to Ron in parts, he took the time to answer all my questions, get the parts I need ordered, and I just want to thank him for helping an old farmer get the tractor going again. These older guy's seem to know us old guys needs, and serve us well---THANKS RON !!!

Purchased a three point hitch implement and Mark Widden delivered it, gave me a tutorial how to install it, use it, what not to do with it so I wouldn't damage my tractor and offered to take it back/trade if I wasn't pleased with it.
