We have used this business for personal and commercial items. They helped with our logo design and had such patience and made sure we were happy! I have made a couple requests to fully promoted and although they were not massive orders the ladies there went above and beyond for me. The job they did on both my orders were exceptional and their customer serve was exemplary. If you or someone you know is looking to get something done up I highly recommend fully promoted Canada!
They responded quickly to my requests and had them done well in advance of when I required them. I appreciated the manner in which they conducted their business during covid providing hand sanitizer and keeping people to a minimal in the store. All around exceptional service!

I recently had several toques embroidered for my fitness and nutrition coaching business and am very happy with the quality. Additionally, the orders were places without going into the store but via email and the communication was professional and prompt. As a very fussy individual I would recommend this place as they are not only reasonable but also easy to work with! I will be going back. If you are looking for better quality logo'd clothing this is the place to go. They make special ordering easy and very accommodating with sizing, colors and styles. Definitely a repeat customer here. They have a new location in Sherwood Park which is an added bonus.
