Reckless Driving and Illegal Behavior!

This morning, I witnessed the driver of a vehicle from your company (license plate BW63100) at 8:29 AM made an illegal right turn at the intersection of Eglinton Ave W (Eastbound) and Old Forest Hill Road, where right turns are clearly prohibited between 7-9 AM. As a law-abiding citizen, I have already submitted video evidence of this incident to the Toronto Police Service non-emergency line, and they will address the matter.

It is shocking and disappointing that a company like Fujitec, which prides itself on professionalism, employs such reckless individuals. This raises serious doubts about your company’s management and quality control. Without strict action against this behavior, it will be impossible to restore consumer trust.

Do not call them under any circumstances.
They wouldn't be in business if they didn't have a monopoly on elevators

Absolutely useless, garbage company. If you’re looking to live in a condo and these jerks have the contract, avoid at all costs.

Garbage elevators and garbage service.
We have a contract and nothing seems to be covered by it. Always extra.
Elevator down for 3 months and the same one down a few months later for more than a month. Fujitec milks the condominium buildings. They are a complete disgrace they laugh at the residents when you complain.
They should lose their license. Complaining to the TSSA, doesn’t seem to help.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I live in Jade (33 shore breeze dr.). There is currently someone stuck in the elevator for over an hour and no eta on service to arrive. This has happened at least a few times.
Another incident, a service man is leaving after working on the elevators and tells security not to call him if it breaks again. It broke as he walked out the door.
We have been down to 2 elevators for over 2 months because you tried to over quote the repair for $500k. After investigation by and an auditor it was no where near that much. We’ve been waiting all this time still to get back to 3 elevators makes living in this building feel like you are trapped.
Don’t know how you sleep at night running such a company with no value in your customers.
Have fun settling all the law suits in court clowns.

I'd give 0 star if I could. Our building is not even 3 yrs old and our 3 elevators have had countless malfunctions. Right now all 3 are out for almost A WEEK and we are a 30+ floor building. The technician comes everyday and tells us it will be fixed tmr, only to repeat this nonsense the next day. Apparently their trashy technology is also monopolized so Fujitech is the only company that can fix it. Folks, when u think about buying a condo, check the Elevator service provider!!! If it's Fujitech, avoid at all cost!!! This will be the most regretful investment of your life!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I live in a 3 yr old building which has 3 elevators. We have been down to 1 elevator EVERY SINGLE day for at least 6 months. They break down MULTIPLE times a day leaving everyone stranded. Their technicians dont give any specifics about the problem and yet they cant keep the elevators in service for longer than a a couple of hours.

Clearly. The safety and well being of the customers are NOT a concern to this company. It is a shame companies with this lack of quality and service still operate.

This company is a disaster, avoid buying elevator from here to save your life. We live in a new building Jade condo and there are 3 elevators. One is broken completely, the other two broke every day. Yes, everyday! They come and fix in the morning, in the afternoon it breaks again. They come again and the other day it breaks again. It’s been like this for past months. LOL, they don’t care about customers at all, as long as elevator sold, DONE!
