I went in this little store in old downtown and had the worst Customer Service experience and I have over 25 years of Customer Service Expertise experience myself. The woman yesterday was rude and stated she SHOULD NOT GIVE ME MY ALREADY PAID FOR PARCEL SENT THERE FOR PICKUP because the co she says had not PAID her and then stood there looking at me.. I was floored utterly floored this has nothing to do with me ! This went on and display of rudeness in multiple ways. I only pray this is not the store owner if it is yikes .. I would not support someone so unprofessional.
