I couldn’t try items on and was between sizes and Duey and Milena chatted with me about the various fits and styles so I would be able to order the right one for me, both in terms of style and function. Just discovered this CANADIAN MADE in store in Oshawa. I decided to walk and check out the off-the-path stores. First off, the salesman is friendly and informative; store is very open; merchandise are displayed nicely; store was clean; no strong scents; temperature was just right. The sweat knit they use is soft to the touch and just the right thickness. I didn't buy that day but definitely will be getting a outfit for both my grandkids. ?

I should preface this review by saying Milena from Frere du Nord went far above and beyond my expectations in rectifying an issue that was made by a 3rd party reseller. She went out of her way to personally contact me and make sure my order was taken care of despite the error. Absolutely exemplary customer service to say the least!

Bought a pair of their 4-pocket sweatpants and they are some of the best I've owned given the price point. Extremely well constructed and cut in a way that tapers and stacks beautifully. The cotton fabric itself feels incredible in the hand and on-body. On top of that it’s still quite breathable given the weight. The seams/serging is robust throughout and seems like it'll last for quite some time without taking awaking from the pants' flexibility. Colours were true to what's pictured as well. Huge bonus that it's sourced and manufactured here in Canada too!
