Absolutely no help whatsoever 1 person in the store is doing all the work. I can't believe how bad the customer service really is. It's unexplainable absolutely disgusting.

We are very unhappy with the service from the "Window " department where the manager first refused to deliver an order as "we had not paid our bill " which was nonsense and the finance dept confirmed that not only was our account in good standing but also they had never had any conversation with the manager about our account Then the manager having accepted a return of the window (which was sized incorrectly) phoned to say the replacement was ready but in fact it was the same window which he had done nothing with We will never use these people again -such a pity because all the other elements of the coop are excellent and beyond reproach

Staff were helpful, and knowledgeable. A very large store with a bit of everything. Farm, pet, home, garden, and building supplies. Definitely will visit again

Their website really needs to be updated! Cannot see if they have what we need or pricing. Only way is to go there! Maybe this why ppl go elsewhere?
