Great experience! Patrick was very patient with us as we took almost a full year to decide on a tractor. He quoted many (many, many) difference options for us and he never complained once! (That I know of 😉). We wanted to be sure we knew exactly what we wanted so spent lots of time researching and ultimately decided on a tractor Patrick mentioned he thought might be a good fit for us (the lx2610). All of the staff at the dealership that we met throughout the process were great to deal with - very friendly and happy to answer any and all questions (parts guy, delivery guy, accounting lady, sales guy(s), managers, owner, mechanics, etc!!!!!). Even after hours one night we were in the lot looking at tractors and the owner pulled in a few minutes later and offered to bring us in and give us some numbers … after hours!! Happy we chose Kubota and will refer friends and family to deal here too… actually have already started ! Thanks Fort equipment !!

Super happy with the service I received. The salesperson I dealt with, Patrick, was great. I went in knowing what I wanted, asked the questions I needed to, and left with exactly what I wanted and nothing more. Even though sometimes it’s fine to up sell a product, I did not feel pressured in my purchase. What I did feel was supported, valued, and like a customer instead of just someone with money to spend. We will definitely be back, and we will let all our friends and relatives know how happy we are! Thanks again Fort Equipment Amherst!

Called this morning to ask if they were open (because of new years being saturday) and was told "yes, we are open until 5pm"

I drove 25 minutes into town to have a hydraulic line repaired, to find out they are closed. I call back and the same girl then informs me "oh no sorry we arent open today"

Thanks for wasting an hour of my time driving, along with my fuel costs. Guess im down another day of work.
