Would give 0 stars if I could.

We ordered compostable cups for our wedding and we were sent 12 bottles of glass cleaner. It took them a week to "investigate" and ship a replacement, which did not arrive before our wedding. Luckily we reordered from The Cup Store who shipped to us in 2 days.

Monday after the wedding: another 12 bottles of glass cleaner arrived.

We have asked for a refund, and they have just not responded to us. Appalling customer service. Don't order anything from them.

Ordered frozen veggie dumplings for the first time, I was worried because ive never ordered frozen foods online before but our order came packed with a chunk of dry ice to keep the food fresh! They taste great and arrived in a timely manner, would definitely recommend shopping here if youre in the food service game.

I placed an order on June 25th with a ready to ship date of within 3 days and it has been 17 days so far. I’ve received very little response to emails and any information received has been inaccurate. Unacceptable lack of communication and customer service.

I order the part 5 day back on 6th, No response. It is very interesting the company do not know what is going on. for the delivered part month back they are sending the message and email that your order is shipped. It is better to pay more instead of waiting from this company
