Incredibly frustrating customer service. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes and blame the customer instead. If you require anything shipped to site, be very careful when using Flo Fab.

Fair service experience. Flo Fab has help me deliver my projects on time thus far on every occasion with some ussues though. But they can also solve issues over the phone without charging anything for their technical support.

Very poor company to deal with. Horrendous customer service and even worse product. On two occasions, equipment was built incorrectly, and shipped several weeks beyond quoted lead times. Most recently, waited over ten weeks (after being quoted 4 weeks) for a replacement parts order. After finally shipping the order incomplete, was told that they "could not supply" the shaft protecting sleeves. We were forced to prepay, and they would not cancel the order or give credit when the parts were not delivered on time. We ended up having to replace the pump and eat the prepaid cost of the parts. Do not make the mistake of relying on this company to build anything of quality or deliver on time. It's difficult to understand how they accept money in exchange for anything they do, or even how they are still in business.
